This is an in-depth review of the main activities and functions that form the basis of Church Administration. It covers the broad areas that must be addressed to have a proper understanding of administrative leadership.

It includes subjects such as:

  • How a minister relates to his flock,
  • How a minister performs administrative functions, and
  • How a minister develops leadership and ministry skills

The student is strongly urged to read supplementary texts listed such as: Ecclesiology: Christ’s Treasure on Earth; by L. Thomas Holdcraft; and The Purpose-Driven Church – Growth without compromising your message and mission; by Rick Warren.
